This scripture should remind us of how we can lose are inheritance in the Kingdom when we start doing things our way instead of the will of the Father. Sometimes our desires can cause us to compromise our faith and we don’t even know it. We think we are o.k. because we continue to pray, worship and read the Bible. All of those things are excellent, but they mean nothing if we are not doing the will of the Father and are living in Sin. Be aware that Satan can bring deception to those that want to fulfill a worldly desire.
Satan desires to kill, steal and destroy from anyone that has their name written in the book of life. He can come to you as a “false light” telling you that certain sin will be overlooked because your past sins have been forgiven and you have done great works! All of the prayers, worship, bible reading, church attending, prophesying, spreading the truth and fasting will be useless if we remain in sin.
If we remain in this fog of deception, our inheritance will be taken away. Question to ask ourselves: Have we put our calling “on the back-burner” to fulfill our own desires? Pray that the Lord brings strong conviction to those that are no longer in the Lord’s will.
The Lord will always take us back by way of asking Jesus to forgive us of all sin and renewing our faith in him.
Luke 15:11-32
11 He also said: “A man had two sons.
12 The younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me the share of the estate I have coming to me.’ So he distributed the assets to them.
13 Not many days later, the younger son gathered together all he had and traveled to a distant country, where he squandered his estate in foolish living.
14 After he had spent everything, a severe famine struck that country, and he had nothing.
15 Then he went to work for one of the citizens of that country, who sent him into his fields to feed pigs.
16 He longed to eat his fill from the carob pods the pigs were eating, but no one would give him any.
17 When he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired hands have more than enough food, and here I am dying of hunger!
18 I’ll get up, go to my father, and say to him, Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight.
19 I’m no longer worthy to be called your son. Make me like one of your hired hands.’

25 “Now his older son was in the field; as he came near the house, he heard music and dancing.
26 So he summoned one of the servants and asked what these things meant.
27 ‘Your brother is here,’ he told him, ‘and your father has slaughtered the fattened calf because he has him back safe and sound.’
28 “Then he became angry and didn’t want to go in. So his father came out and pleaded with him.
29 But he replied to his father, ‘Look, I have been slaving many years for you, and I have never disobeyed your orders, yet you never gave me a young goat so I could celebrate with my friends.

31 “‘Son,’ he said to him, ‘you are always with me, and everything I have is yours.

How meaningful this parable of the prodigal son is. Almost everyone in the west knows it but so few understand it.
I even heard some equalize the elder son with Israel and the younger son with pagan gentiles. Some truth to that i think but not the whole truth.

Amos 9 reminds me of scripture that tells us during the end of days, nobody can save themselves. Salvation comes only through Jesus our Lord and Savior.

And also Jc in the book of James last chapter if memory serves specifically targeting rich men who think they have built themselves adequate protection for the endtimes.
But we who hold to Christ even airheads like me can sit safe knowing that the most important part is safe with the creator. Our soul and spirit!
Although these two are distinct so the one breathed into us by the Lord is the most important in Genesis.

* They tell people to speak something into existence (making them equal to God — refer to Genesis). I call this “Blab it and Grab it” doctrine!
* One tries to coach/teach people “speaking in tongues” on live TV (this is the Job of the Holy Spirit — Not Man!!!!)
* One tells his viewers they are little gods! Really? How did that work out for Satan?
* One said she had no problem taking money from the poor, even those that couldn’t afford their rent or hospital bills!!! PROSPERITY DOCTRINE!!!!!
* One twists scripture to tell people “By His Stripes We Are Healed” to mean physical healing instead of spiritual healing!!!!
* One implies that all religions are praying to the same God!!!!
* One claims they can control weather, but they don’t fly their private jet when the weather is bad!
* Dig Deep For Blessings To Be Returned To You!!!!!!
* AND THE WORST ONE — ONE SAYS THAT GOD ASKED HIM FOR HIS OPINION!

Hi all,
I’ve been out working in the shop+coops this week. My CD player was messed up along with numerous other tools and I won’t go into all of it. Suffice it to say a person we hired to do a job managed to get PDZ, a stall freshener (wicks water and odor) stuck inside and out every tool, boxes, you name it…….
The thing I was going to rant over was the “Christian” radio station! I like this man in the video.
The songs and teachers, preachers were unreal on the radio!!!!! I will say, there was one good song and 2 good sermons out of over 8 hours of programming. What an eye opener. No wonder so many are so confused! I used to listen to Christian radio often. Many years ago. It was a huge shock to say the least. KJAK out of Lubbock is one God used to open my eyes to the hidden elites, and so on years ago.
We (my pastor and I) started a Celebrate Recovery ministry soon after the material was available. Rick Warren was just getting his beginning in media over Purpose Driven Life. He really didn’t say anything unusual and was on a clip on Fox. At that moment Holy Spirit said distance from him. We changed the whole program, name and all. God is so good! It was soon afterward he said something about praying to allah on another show………Smiley is just creepy. He is also scary because so many people follow his ministry. Well, all these have huge followings and it’s all about the $ 😦

2 Timothy 4:3-4

You are right on there Jc. But there is something in all humans that is godly. Our spirit that inhabits our corrupt flesh at the moment.
The Lord wants that back with jealousy. It is our most important part and lets face it we are an image of God but atm we are something of a distorted wronged image when we cannot bask in the splendor of the Lord because he is 3xholy and we are 0xholy atm.
So the preacher who proclaimed we are gods with little g as also the fallen ones in psalm 82 and Jesus used that psalm with the pharisees later also.
We are gods in essence but not in actuality until the Lord does the final touch!
He gave us the right to become the sons of God and if you are a true son of God you are at the very least a god little g yourself.
But hold your horse little g wait as the proverbs say we are not mature but under tutelage until coming of age.
And in this form we are now we are not of age but id say under basic training.
If you wanna learn do it the hard way.
Essence we are little g:s but in flesh we are caterpillars who are yet to become the beauty the Lord instilled in us…

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God…
And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.” – Romans 8:14,17
It’s an astonishing inheritance we have in Christ: Joint-heirs with him!
Honestly this is hard to fathom, especially as we continue to walk on a fallen earth and our spirits still dwelling in fleshly bodies. And the temptations and weaknesses therein – pride, lust, etc. Speaking for myself anyway.
Yet greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world.
BTW, I agree that Psalm 82 refers to fallen angels. When Jesus quotes it to the Pharisees in John 10, I think He still refers to fallen angels by comparison to Himself.
“So He became higher in rank than the angels, just as the name He inherited is superior to theirs.” – Hebrews 1:4

We who have accepted Jesus as Our Lord and Savior, repented of all Sin and continue in the truth of God’s word could consider ourselves those “Sealed By God”.
Our righteousness comes from what Jesus did on the cross by bearing the weight of all sin on himself, dyeing, being raised from the dead and interceding on our behalf. We are all sons and daughters of our Creator in Heaven, Our Father God.
We need to remain humble and give all the Glory to our Lord. None of us would ever be worthy to enter the Kingdom, without having our sins blotted out by the blood of the lamb.
We should never consider ourselves equal to God or Jesus — that was what caused the great fall of Satan and his followers (fallen angels). Pride got in the way, they thought they could be just like God or above him.

Well said Stig and James. I do listen to some I don’t agree with on all things. The ones that hammer in watching the words of our mouths mostly. But even in this and yes us being babes we have to be careful. Just because we are blessed to discern error, another newborn may not be and even sharing material with the thought they would discern is not always so.
This is something I’ll understand when I get to see Jesus if counted worthy. It won’t matter then, BUT why is it you can look back over your life and “see” where doctrine or evil was present and others new in the Lord may not? Is it a time thing? Does it all have to do with the gifts? IN this hour doesn’t everyone have the gift of discerning good from evil? We are in the hour of everyone prophesying (not all prophets but a word with His knowledge etc) so I do not understand the not discerning part. This is so very necessary in this hour………

This is not a time to argue amongst yourselves.There is great battles going on in the heavenlies……
There is also great anticipation for the coming of the bride,alas there is also those being made ready for war….
The bride’s table is all set….It is adorned,,,It awaits its bride,like a wooing bridegroom,He comes.He places the ring on your finger and says,Now you are betrothed to Me and no one else..
While others are ready themselves for a fierce battle as they put on their war gear,(Ephesians 6:11-20)
I saw myself dressed for battle,having on all the attire,I stood ready…….
A man came up to Me,fierce,but all so loving and I knew Him to be Jesus and He said,Are you truly ready?????You must be prepared for anything in battle…..and He moved on………
and I remembered Him saying a long time ago,Count the cost and then make your call sure….
And I knew that long ago ,I knew the cost,and I remember Him telling me,It will cost you something,everything ,tell the people ,that if they choose to follow Me it will cost them …..and I remember asking Him about this once again and He said,it could cost you,your family,your friends,your job,your finances,your comfort and even your life,Are you ready to follow Me and not turn back……???????? Are you ready to make that commitment?????
Think long and hard about this,,,,,,Don’t go into denial because it applies to ALL those that say I am a christian,I am the bride…..and you will have to choose this day,
Many are called,but few are chosen,because it makes us accountable,and many will refuse and be in rebellion….
I remember that time when He asked me,just like He is asking again,and I had doubts,but yes,I chose to follow Him,it has not been easy and there were times I wanted to go back to the way it was ,but I knew I couldn’t,and yes I had to go through some of the afor mentioned things in letting go, it has been a roller coaster ride.but worth it….
It will not be easy,and change never is,and we can’t look back or we are not fit for the Kingdom…..so we move forward,one step at a time,one day at a time and if we fall,we get right back up and keep moving…..
God is calling,will you answer??? If so ,fasten your seat belts,because ,you are going to be in for the ride of your life…..Shalom!!!!
