Pray For Mercy In The Midst Of Judgment

Habakkuk 3:2

Lord, I have heard the report about You; Lord, I stand in awe of Your deeds. Revive Your work in these years; make it known in these years. In Your wrath remember mercy!

Luke 1:50

luke1_50

His mercy is from generation to generation on those who fear Him.

Romans 9:14-16

romans9_16

14 What should we say then? Is there injustice with God? Absolutely not!

15 For He tells Moses: I will show mercy to whom I will show mercy,
and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.

16 So then it does not depend on human will or effort but on God who shows mercy.

Ephesians 2:1-10

ephesians2_4

And you were dead in your trespasses and sins

2 in which you previously walked according to the ways of this world, according to the ruler who exercises authority over the lower heavens, the spirit now working in the disobedient.

3 We too all previously lived among them in our fleshly desires, carrying out the inclinations of our flesh and thoughts, and we were by nature children under wrath as the others were also.

4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love that He had for us,

5 made us alive with the Messiah even though we were dead in trespasses. You are saved by grace!

6 Together with Christ Jesus He also raised us up and seated us in the heavens,

7 so that in the coming ages He might display the immeasurable riches of His grace through His kindness to us in Christ Jesus.

8 For you are saved by grace through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God’s gift  — 9 not from works, so that no one can boast.

10 For we are His creation, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared ahead of time so that we should walk in them.

1 Timothy 1:15-17

1timothy1_15_17

15 This saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance: “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners”—and I am the worst of them.

16 But I received mercy for this reason, so that in me, the worst of them, Christ Jesus might demonstrate His extraordinary patience as an example to those who would believe in Him for eternal life.

17 Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

Titus 3:5

titus3_5

He saved us— not by works of righteousness that we had done, but according to His mercy, through the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit.

Hebrews 4:16

hebrews4_16

Therefore let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us at the proper time.

James 2:13

james2_13

For judgment is without mercy to the one who hasn’t shown mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

Jude 20-22

jude1_21

20 But you, dear friends, as you build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit,

21 keep yourselves in the love of God, expecting the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ for eternal life.

22 Have mercy on those who doubt;

Matthew 13:41-43

matthew13_41_43

41 The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather from His kingdom everything that causes sin and those guilty of lawlessness.

42 They will throw them into the blazing furnace where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

43 Then the righteous will shine like the sun in their Father’s kingdom. Anyone who has ears should listen!

Matthew 24:45-51

parable_of_faithful_unfaithful_servants

45 “Who then is a faithful and sensible slave, whom his master has put in charge of his household, to give them food at the proper time?

46 That slave whose master finds him working when he comes will be rewarded.

47 I assure you: He will put him in charge of all his possessions.

48 But if that wicked slave says in his heart, ‘My master is delayed,’

49 and starts to beat his fellow slaves, and eats and drinks with drunkards,

50 that slave’s master will come on a day he does not expect and at an hour he does not know.

51 He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Luke 12:35-40

have_your_lamps_lit

35 “Be ready for service and have your lamps lit.

36 You must be like people waiting for their master to return from the wedding banquet so that when he comes and knocks, they can open the door for him at once.

37 Those slaves the master will find alert when he comes will be blessed. I assure you: He will get ready, have them recline at the table, then come and serve them.

38 If he comes in the middle of the night, or even near dawn, and finds them alert, those slaves are blessed.

39 But know this: If the homeowner had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have let his house be broken into.

40 You also be ready, because the Son of Man is coming at an hour that you do not expect.”

FAITH IN THE MIDST OF ASHES
But now, this is what the LORD says…“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. Isaiah 43:1-2

Twenty-eight-year-old evangelist Wako Halekie works in the town of Tuka Argiso in the border area between Ethiopia and Kenya. This small town is mostly inhabited by Borena livestock herders and is effectively divided between Oromia and Somali regional states. As a result both states are claiming ownership over Tuka Argiso. The federal government tried to hold a referendum to resolve the dispute, but they were unsuccessful.

Three years ago, Wako Halekie was assigned by his church to work as a missionary among the livestock herders in Tuka-Argiso. Despite their nomadic existence, Wako was able to plant three churches with an average of fifty members in each congregation. He attributes the positive growth to God’s blessing on the ministry. But Islamic presence in Tuka-Argiso is growing progressively. Muslim missionaries from neighbouring villages are determined to Islamize all Borenas which rouses concern in the Christian community.

Wako says, “They regard my activities as an obstacle to their mission. I was alerted by some villagers about their antagonistic feelings towards me. Recently the Muslim missionaries criticised the Christian faith openly and tried to confuse our members.”

On March 30th, 2011, Wako left home for a routine visit to new Christian converts. In the early morning hours of March 31st, one of the three houses at his residence was set afire. The fire spread to the second and third house where his wife, newborn baby and their two older children were sleeping. Both the first and second house burnt to the ground. By the grace of God neighbours managed to rescue Wako’s family from the blaze just in time before the third house’s roof crashed in. None of their belongings were spared.

Mrs. Haleki said, “I heard a distant noise but thought I was dreaming. The next thing I knew, people broke through the door and dragged me and the children from the smoke. I was shocked and speechless.” She was still recovering from the birth of their third child a week before.

Wako says, “I know the purpose of this fire was to destroy me and my family. But God intervened and saved my wife and children. God is faithful to His words! As it was written in the book of Isaiah 43:1-3; we will not fear their threats. God is our Redeemer. They thought I would leave the village, but I will not wave from the calling God bestowed on me. I took my wife’s hands and together we stood in the midst of the ashes and gave thanks to the name of the Lord. By His grace I will continue serving Him right here in this village until the day He has helped me reach the entire village.”

RESPONSE: Today I will trust God to fulfill His promises even when going through fire and flood.

PRAYER: Pray for Evangelist Wako and his family working in difficult circumstances and pressures.

  2. Tomorrow is the day where America will see what lies ahead with your election. Either way IT goes unrest is guaranteed. But with Trump i suspect your nation might take baby steps towards the right direction. Though politics is not the answer, you cannot Solve a spiritual problem with a political answer.

But you might show you want to head towards redemption!

I pray that many will be led towards Jesus tomorrow!

    1. Many alternative news sources predicting Civil Unrest on or shortly after Election Day. This nation must repent as a whole, as Judgment is sealed. No man or woman can turn this country around without Jesus.

Nothing good about this Election process; other than Corruption, Evil and Deception within Government, The Elite and Mass Media has been brought out into public view. Most will proceed as usual with their routines, thinking the U.S. Government will continue on as “normal”.

So many people here have their heads buried in the sand.

May the Lord have mercy on all who do not know him, so they may call upon him even at the last minute of life.

      Some News Issues:

** Nato put 300,000 troops on High Alert today, due to perceived threat by Russia.

      ** Military Buildup continues Globally

** F.B.I. Warned Of Terrorist threats on or near Election Day.

** Rome Hit By Tornadoes after suffering recent Earthquakes

      ** Oklahoma had a 5.0 Earthquake Today & I believe a 5.3 yesterday

    1. We know that whatever happens today, what we see on Mass Media will be controlled by the Luciferian Crowd.

If elections get suspended or declared as “fraud/rigged”, then it will give rise to Lizard Lips declaring Martial Law.

Stay Alert and keep on walking with the Lord! God is still in control! We do not condone violence of any sort.

Here’s some things we know that the Satanists/Elite can use against the United States to be used for the purpose of Martial Law. They will claim it’s from an outside threat to the United States, but was actually coordinated by Lizard in Chief:

** EMP Attack (Electrical Grid/Internet Failure Nationwide)
** ISIS/Al-Qaeda Attacks in various cities
      ** Nuclear Bomb
      ** Hacked Internet/Election Computer Failures
** Coordinated Civil Unrest with Paid Crisis Actors (just remember their training exercise in Ferguson, Missouri)

    Word Choice
    Proverbs 15:1–15

Recommended Reading: Psalm 34:13–14; James 3:1–12

The ability to master our mouths, watch our words and tame our tongues demonstrates a level of spiritual and emotional maturity. The opposite is true as well. An inability to control our speech shows immaturity, and it can inflict great harm on our relationships.

Solomon addresses the importance of controlling our words by contrasting positive and negative speech. In each case, the effects end up as opposites: peacefulness or wrath, knowledge or folly, healing or a crushed spirit. In other words, when we fail to control our tongue, we don’t just fail to give, or be, a blessing. We also cause a wound that can rupture a relationship.

Rabbi Joseph Telushkin, author of Words That Hurt, Words That Heal, states that he asks audiences whether they can go 24 hours without saying any unkind words about or to anyone. Invariably, a few people answer “yes,” but most call out “no!” He responds, “Those who can’t answer ‘yes’ have a serious problem. If you can’t go 24 hours without drinking liquor, you’re addicted to alcohol. If you can’t last 24 hours without smoking, you’re addicted to nicotine. And if you can’t make it 24 hours without saying unkind words about others, you’ve lost control of your tongue.”

How can you tell whether your tongue is under control? You won’t say anything about an individual that you can’t say directly to that person. You resist the urge to exaggerate. You consciously examine your thoughts and remove gossip and rumors from your conversations. You keep in confidence a personal matter that someone else shares with you. Further, you learn to speak positive words. Appropriate words communicate affirmation, comfort and healing.

When was the last time you said something to another person that you instantly regretted? Maybe it was something intended as a joke that was instead taken as an offense, or perhaps it was a sharp word spoken in anger that you wish you could have taken back. Think of a specific situation, and then challenge yourself to rectify the hurt. While you may not be able to take back the words themselves, you can humbly submit yourself to that person and begin to rebuild the relationship.

    To Take Away
Do you think most struggle with controlling their words? Why or why not?
How would others evaluate your speech? Would they say that your words more frequently heal or wound?
What steps can you take to gain tighter control over your tongue?

  4. “Let the name of God be blessed forever and ever,
For wisdom and power belong to Him.
    It is He who changes the times and the epochs;
    He removes kings and establishes kings;
He gives wisdom to wise men
And knowledge to men of understanding.
    It is He who reveals the profound and hidden things;
He knows what is in the darkness,
And the light dwells with Him.”

  5. I was going to say “at a loss” but that’s not true……….possibly horrified over the numerous who placed Trump on Gods throne……..when they say peace and safety………we are in the days of Noah.
Father forgive me if I’m wrong and I stand to be corrected but……..I feel such a heartbreaking dread of things to come quickly. Watchmen are apologizing. I too will apologize if on the 19th of December Trump is in office and all is well. At this point I see grave danger for America and all other countries. I didn’t realize how many countries were praying for us.
There are those who are saying prayer has been answered and America will be great again………..I pray they are right but deep down I know we are in deep trouble. It is a way for those to go about the love of the world and the things in it. We are not getting out of this mess we are in. Our sin has reached the ears of our Father and in His mercy and grace, the shaking will speed up to truly see repentance.
James feel free to delete this if you feel it is not appropriate. I’m seeing remarks like, let the oil pipelines flow again and so on………… 😦

    1. I am in agreement with you Sonshine 🙂

I thanked the Lord this morning that this horrible Election process is over. I believe judgment is still coming, as many now will go back to their “normal” routines and put the Lord on “The Back-Burner”. Some may even lose their faith before all is said and done.

No matter how things unfold, we can’t let anything sway our strong faith in the Lord. The Lord’s timing is always perfect and how things unfold may not be anything like people have been telling us.

Some people, including our own family members, will use this as a way to say “Christians” are crazy. That’s o.k. — I’d rather be labeled as Crazy For Christ than Delusional for Demons.

It’s important that everyone keep the Characteristics of Christ always. I’ve heard some people are being hateful to those with the gift of Prophecy. We need to pray for those with this gift and anyone who judges them will see judgment from the Lord. It’s a good thing that we no longer practice “stoning”, as a lot of professing Christians have been verbally doing that to fellow brothers and sisters in Christ.

I am glad that none of the things happened that we were told about from various sources: Main-stream media, Alternative News & Prophetic. This tells me that I personally need to seek the Lord for more Clarity, Discernment and Wisdom.

I have a post that has been held from releasing for a long time, as I’m waiting on the approval of the Lord.

May we all continue to pray for our enemies, “Professing Christians”, those that don’t know the Lord and those that have denounced their faith.

      1. Yes, and the family and friends ordeal will be yet another round. The watchmen will be really put to the test now. There will be even more ridicule and more mocking, hatred. Prayer is so needed. There is celebrating at every front ……I pray they do not lose faith and in all honesty, I had to do a heart check for a moment as I gathered my heart off the floor to ask Holy Spirit if I heard correctly or missed it entirely.
The Lord will honor in His love those who truly are seeking Him even in the midst of error. He is looking at our hearts individually, our motives, our love.

Yes, it would be AWESOME if there was a last days revival before all this happens. Instead it’s grieving over the way all is being celebrated………I grieve over how long it has taken me to grasp so much, to heal from things yet in it all, I praise Him! He is preparing us all. In His love I believe the shaking will come quickly to show us all Who is in control and bring true repentance. Our sin cries out from this land. We have yet to let go of this world………..

    AM I WORTHY?
Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Matthew 10:38

Helen Roseveare was an elderly missionary to Congo, Africa when I was still very young. I remember her holding the audience of ten thousand university students spell-bound and then in tears at Urbana ’76. Her life story is a testimony to the grace of God portrayed in the 1989 movie, Mama Luka Comes Home.

She is often asked by young people what she suffered for Jesus. Her simple answer is, “During the Simba uprising in the Congo, I was raped twice. Government soldiers came to my bungalow, ransacked it, and then grabbed me. I was beaten and savagely kicked, losing my back teeth through the boot of a rebel soldier. They broke my glasses, so I could not see to protect myself from the next blow.

“Then one at a time, two army officers took me to my own bedroom and raped me. They dragged me out into a clearing, tied me to a tree, and stood around laughing. And while I was there, beaten and humiliated and violated, someone brought out the only existing hand-written manuscript of a book I had been writing about God’s work in the Congo over an eleven-year period. They put it on the ground in front of me and burned it.

“I asked myself, Was it worth it? Eleven years of my life poured out in selfless service for the African people and now this? The minute I expressed that, God’s Holy Spirit settled over that terrible scene and He began to speak to me.”

‘“My daughter, the question is not “Is it worth it?” The question is, “Am I worthy?” Am I, the Lord Jesus who gave His life for you, worthy for you to make this kind of sacrifice for Me.’ And God broke my heart,” Helen continues. “I looked up and I said, ‘Oh Lord Jesus, yes, it is worth it, for You are worthy!’” She concludes, “When you ask the right question, you’ll always know that He is absolutely worthy of anything you can give Him or do for Him!”

Phil Callaway of SERVANT magazine once asked her, “Did you ever struggle to forgive those men?”

“No,” she replied. “There was no sense of bitterness or even anger. I was overwhelmed by the sense that God was graciously using me in His purpose. All He asked of me was the loan of my body. The consequences were His. A year later when I returned to Congo and met the man who had humiliated me, I realized that I did carry some resentment and I wasn’t sure I had forgiven him. But God led me to accept from Him the forgiveness that only God can give, and He gave me His peace again.”[1]

Helen returned to Congo after all the above and continued her life of service for Jesus among the African people.

RESPONSE: Today I will ask the right question, “Is Jesus worthy of the sacrifices He asks me to make?” Then I will answer affirmatively and take up my cross and follow Him!

PRAYER: Thank You Lord for the wonderful trophies of grace, like Helen Rosevere, who encourage us in our walk with You who are truly worthy.

  7. Question is now as the american people returns to sleep is? Watching some of the initial changes of talk between Obama and Trump and Putin and press is it possible Trump is one big hoax that sets the blinders on the people to facilitate the peace and safety the bible talks about before sudden destruction?

Everybody now except Hillary and her supporters are happy! Obama said Trump is a patriot and in that we are on the same team. A week ago Obama wouldn’t have thrown thrash in the same room as Trump!

This smells Hegelian dialectics from beginning to end. Hillary will go to prison but she might have been the sacrifice for the good of the insiders!

Now observe what Soros and others of his ilk will do with Trump!

    1. Hi Stig-Ove,

Yes, I agree, it’s Hegelian dialectics, the same scheme the elite (under Satan’s inspiration) run against us every time!

      Problem/Thesis: Hillary Clinton
      Reaction/Antithesis: Donald Trump
Solution/Synthesis: Chaos, economic crash, martial law

  8. Stig & Mike,
We don’t know what the truth is about what we all witnessed here during this Election Process.. It’s possible all of this was planned by the Elite as a giant show? We will all find out soon enough.

  9. Can I just say, I have a minute glimpse of how Moses felt when he said he was slow of speech etc? My writings come out that way …….what is in my heart doesn’t come out properly in writing!!!

We are in such danger. I first “thought” the left were weak, needing to be coddled, speaking of the younger generation etc. What I forgot, was they have the demons wide open to them and they are certainly using them. They need prayer for eyes to be opened!!
