I’ve been having this recurring dream.

Empty_Large_GarageEmpty_Large_Garage2

I park my vehicle in a commercial garage that has several levels and many spaces. It reminded me of the old downtown St.Louis parking garages they had back in the 1980’s – 1990’s for several large corporations and shopping malls.

confused

There were no people in this dream.  I remember trying to later find my vehicle, but could not.  End of Dream.

Strong_Delusion

What comes to mind is how the deluding influence has accelerated and if we are not careful, we will allow distractions to come in and no longer hear clearly from the Holy Spirit.   If we allow the enemy to influence our decisions, we will have a difficult time finding our way back to the Lord.

Sin_Is_Still_Sin

We must remember that we all have been given free will and we can be handed over to our own desires that are not God’s will!  Warning — what is clearly spelled out in the Holy Bible as sin, is still sin!

The Lord will not overlook sin, just because we have repented from prior sin! The enemy may tell you that your sin is fine, because you love the Lord!!!   The Lord will never ever tell us to Sin for the purpose of accomplishing a goal!    Many are living according to their desires and don’t even know they are now in Sin.   Some may desire a relationship, job or something else … all of which may be against the will of the Lord.   We all need to seek the Lord before we do anything that can impact our future inheritance.

We all need to truthfully examine ourselves.   Our we purposely ignoring the truth so we can feel more comfortable with the choices we have made?

2 Thessalonians 2:9-12

9 The coming of the lawless one is based on Satan’s working, with all kinds of false miracles, signs, and wonders, 10 and with every unrighteous deception among those who are perishing. They perish because they did not accept the love of the truth in order to be saved. 11 For this reason God sends them a strong delusion so that they will believe what is false, 12 so that all will be condemned—those who did not believe the truth but enjoyed unrighteousness.

Romans 1:18-25

18 For God’s wrath is revealed from heaven against all godlessness and unrighteousness of people who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth,

19 since what can be known about God is evident among them, because God has shown it to them.

20 For His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen since the creation of the world, being understood through what He has made. As a result, people are without excuse.

21 For though they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God or show gratitude. Instead, their thinking became nonsense, and their senseless minds were darkened.

22 Claiming to be wise, they became fools 23 and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man, birds, four-footed animals, and reptiles.

24 Therefore God delivered them over in the cravings of their hearts to sexual impurity, so that their bodies were degraded among themselves. 25 They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served something created instead of the Creator, who is praised forever. Amen.

Jeremiah 29:8-23

8 For this is what the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel, says: “Don’t let your prophets who are among you and your diviners deceive you, and don’t listen to the dreams you elicit from them, 9 for they are prophesying falsely to you in My name. I have not sent them.” This is the Lord’s declaration.

10 For this is what the Lord says: “When 70 years for Babylon are complete, I will attend to you and will confirm My promise concerning you to restore you to this place. 11 For I know the plans I have for you”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“plans for your welfare, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. 12 You will call to Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. 14 I will be found by you”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“and I will restore your fortunes and gather you from all the nations and places where I banished you”—this is the Lord’s declaration. “I will restore you to the place I deported you from.”

judgment_of_the_lord

15 You have said, “The Lord has raised up prophets for us in Babylon!” 16 But this is what the Lord says concerning the king sitting on David’s throne and concerning all the people living in this city—that is, concerning your brothers who did not go with you into exile. 17 This is what the Lord of Hosts says: “I am about to send against them sword, famine, and plague and will make them like rotten figs that are inedible because they are so bad. 18 I will pursue them with sword, famine, and plague. I will make them a horror to all the kingdoms of the earth—a curse and a desolation, an object of scorn and a disgrace among all the nations where I have banished them. 19 I will do this because they have not listened to My words”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“that I sent to them with My servants the prophets time and time again. And you too have not listened.” This is the Lord’s declaration.

20 Hear the word of the Lord, all you exiles I have sent from Jerusalem to Babylon. 21 This is what the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel, says to Ahab son of Kolaiah and to Zedekiah son of Maaseiah, the ones prophesying a lie to you in My name: “I am about to hand them over to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and he will kill them before your very eyes. 22 Based on what happens to them, all the exiles of Judah who are in Babylon will create a curse that says, ‘May the Lord make you like Zedekiah and Ahab, whom the king of Babylon roasted in the fire!’ 23 because they have committed an outrage in Israel by committing adultery with their neighbors’ wives and have spoken a lie in My name, which I did not command them. I am He who knows, and I am a witness.” This is the Lord’s declaration.

  1. This is so evident all around. I have a close family member who believes in the born gay vs Gods’ creation in a man and woman. The delusion is amazing. One remark was that a friend was so unattractive, if she didn’t have another woman in her life, she’d be alone……..yes, it’s that far out there. As if the Creator of the universe didn’t have someone perfect for everyone or a call to singleness.

Idolatry. Is an area of prayer. We are so spoiled, it’s an area that can be hidden easily. I have taken more than once, before the Lord, many areas of this. It comes in as my love for my pets taking precedence over people. That’s my warning sign to pull in the reins of emotion and go to the Lord.
It can really sneak in when dealing with illness in them. I believe the Lord gave them to us for companionship and enjoyment, yet there are times like lately I have to really check my heart. We have 3 geriatric all at the same time. I’m learning to pray, hand them to the Lord and accept they are closing in on the end of their lives, yet still spend time in prayer vs getting too emotional over it all. Tall order when you love animals and they really do become like your family.

This may sound awful but I would rather them leave this life now vs be here when all breaks out. I feel this way over many people who are battling disease and very ill. So, for now we love our pets, go about our day pretty much as normal and pray there’s no pain. I dont want my heart to be on pets more than children and people. It’s not, but if not careful it can go there and be a distraction to keep from prayer and intimacy with the Lord. It can cause tiredness to the point of not reaching out when needed. This went on several weeks ago and I praise the Lord for bringing it to my attention and for giving me peace over what many would see as a silly area to battle.

  2. Sonshine, thanks for sharing that with us. I understand what you state about pets. I love my dog Cody, but not more than the Lord. The Lord has blessed me with him and has even healed him on numerous occasions. I thank the Lord for having him in my life. I know the Lord brought Cody into my life for a purpose early on — It was during my horrific time in life where I desired to end it all. During that time, the thought of “Who will take care of Cody”, kept entering my mind. It was during that time when I also kept hearing a gospel song that I truly never knew “When We All Get To Heaven” — keeping in mind that I did not return to the Lord until 2015, which was about 6 years after my suicidal times.

I desire fellowship with people in person, but that is in the Lord’s timing. I know people will be coming here for that and everyone will have work to do for the purpose of helping to bring others into the Kingdom. Right now, I must be patient and wait on the Lord.

    1. I totally understand that James. It’s awesome how He uses our pets. They love so unconditionally and we should be more like that with Jesus! Just always go sit at his feet, lay on His lap, look at Him with adoration, run to Him when He “comes home” (is present more heavily) and long to follow him anywhere and everywhere. Our attention always watching and listening for His every move…….every look…….I could go on 🙂

  3. Hi James and everybody. I stopped by for a min to share this: any time a vehicle (could even be a bicycle, boat, plane, etc.) shows up in my dreams, it’s always symbolic of ministry. So, it’s possible the warning dream is for us to be where the LORD wants to be . . . To be doing what the LORD wants us to be doing . . . So we won’t lose the ministry He has chosen for us. If things aren’t clear, then we need to keep praying and seeking the LORD until we get clarity. Sometimes we want things that “seem good”, but we must make sure these are for us to do from the LORD and not distractions.

    Blessings to all. ❤️
I apologize I won’t be able to interact here like I used to do, since I’m heading off the internet now (and not on it much anymore). 🙋
Prayers are going up . . . we are in some very shaky times right now, that are going to accelerate, so hang on to the LORD . . HE will be our only Peace.
Catch ya’ll later . . . and hope to see ya’ll on the other side of eternity 😇

  4. Nice of you to stop by Linda. Myself i felt that my ministry is my family and whoever reads my writings here on Jcs blog.

Back here in my hometown i see it as Jesus said. Nobody is a prophet in his hometown or city or village or whatever.

But thats how i see it. The Lord might have grander plans for me or not. Maybe i will see it one day.

    1. I feel that also for now Stig BUT I want to be used mightily for Him in our lives. I pray this happens, His will not mine either way. Still seeking Him in this. I don’t want to be in front of people in that sense, just behind the scenes helping others. Again His will not mine be done.

Would love to have a train dream again. It was awesome! Rushing people into the last car of the freight train. That was years ago……

    Becoming a Valued Draft Pick
“…Men will rejoice when they see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel….” Zechariah 4:10

As children in grammar school we often played pick-up football. Two captains would alternate making the best choices among schoolmates to make up the two teams. I was often chosen first because I was a good athlete. It felt good to be valued by others for what they perceived I could contribute. Conversely, it must have felt crummy to be the last chosen or not chosen at all.

Such was the case for Zerubbabel. He was a man chosen by God to rebuild the temple. God saw something in Zerubbabel that He could use for His purposes. The people also recognized that Zerubbabel was a man in whom they could place their faith. So the Lord stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and the spirit of the whole remnant of the people (Haggai 1:14a).

Are you part of the remnant of workplace believers whom God is calling out today? Do not let the business of today’s workplace sidetrack you from the importance of God’s agenda for you. Can you recall the day God’s Spirit rested on you? Have you walked in that anointing since that day? Satan’s strategy is to keep us distracted with the urgency of the moment versus the importance of eternity. Ask God what your priorities should be today. Make His priorities your priorities.

  7. Excellent topic of discussion brought up on Skype session last night with Mike & Kelly:
Does the temple need to be rebuilt before Jesus Returns? Many have taken scripture stating that this must happen, but then they forget what is clearly found in scripture (The Lord Does Not Need A Physical Temple here on Earth — remember when the curtain was torn in the temple?) Our bodies are the temple/sanctuary for the Holy Spirit and Jesus himself became our personal sanctuary.

We could then assume that the Anti-Christ (Obama) will go through a physical transformation that many will find appealing, announce himself to be God and offer promises of peace and safety. You can almost see this person sitting as a ruler in some place like the United Nations/New World Order building or maybe even the Vatican? The Vatican seems like a possibility since the Anti-Christ would be sitting next to the False Prophet.

Many people (including myself) believe that Obama has already been given knowledge as to who he is and will come into power from Satan and is waiting on transformation/timing.

    Matthew 27:50-53

50 Jesus shouted again with a loud voice and gave up His spirit. 51 Suddenly, the curtain of the sanctuary was split in two from top to bottom; the earth quaked and the rocks were split. 52 The tombs were also opened and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised. 53 And they came out of the tombs after His resurrection, entered the holy city, and appeared to many.

    John 2:19-21

19 Jesus answered, “Destroy this sanctuary, and I will raise it up in three days.”
20 Therefore the Jews said, “This sanctuary took 46 years to build, and will You raise it up in three days?”
21 But He was speaking about the sanctuary of His body. 22 So when He was raised from the dead, His disciples remembered that He had said this. And they believed the Scripture and the statement Jesus had made.

    2 Thessalonians 2:1-4
Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered to Him: We ask you, brothers, 2 not to be easily upset in mind or troubled, either by a spirit or by a message or by a letter as if from us, alleging that the Day of the Lord has come. 3 Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way. For that day will not come unless the apostasy comes first and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction. 4 He opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he sits in God’s sanctuary, publicizing that he himself is God.

    Revelation 19:19-20
19 Then I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies gathered together to wage war against the rider on the horse and against His army.
20 But the beast was taken prisoner, and along with him the false prophet, who had performed the signs in his presence. He deceived those who accepted the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image with these signs. Both of them were thrown alive into the lake of fire that burns with sulfur.

    Revelation 20:10
10 The Devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet are, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

    1. The deception of waiting on the physical temple to be built puts believers in a comfort zone……….it’s almost as though the Word teaches against it by the example of us being the stones/temple.

    2. Speaking of the Vatican — I’ve recently watched a video from Israeli News Live — WOW! So much evil coming from the Pope. Watch out for this one as things are never what they appear!

So many caught up in the False Doctrine of the Catholic Church, we need to keep the Catholic People in prayer so they are set free of this demonic influence and come to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior.

      1. I agree James…so much evil.
Check out the Netflix series “The Keepers” about a girl’s school in Baltimore Maryland, “Archbishop Seton Keough Catholic High School”. It’s a new release in May 2017. It brings to light just how evil the church is. This is a true story about abuse at a whole new level (if you ask me) and murder, all of it protected by the hierarchy while unknown numbers were repeatedly sexually abused and mentally abused. Remember, this is just one story…one told by the victims.

I shed tears over this story not just for the many who are victims but also for the many who will still become victims. This school has been shut down but how many in the world remain…countless! Not one person was ever charged. It appears most of the city was involved in the cover up…so the deceit runs deep. The power is outrageous!

I’m extremely saddened by the deceit of this so called church who claims righteousness to its followers. I see this church as one of the biggest religious scams of all time….a cult of massive size. It grieves me that our Lord has been used this way. It is by far one of the saddest stories I have ever heard. I say that because of the centuries of disgusting lies and abuse and the untold numbers affected, all in the Name of our Lord.

So yes we must pray for those caught up in the False Doctrine but we must also pray for the many innocent victims who have been raped, used, ruined and yes, killed.

I was very much affected by this story….please don’t take my passion for truth as anger. Although, I think I could be as passionate about this as Jesus was when He went into the Temple and turned over tables, Matthew 21:12. I know I could!!!

  8. The stock market is something of a moral choice in My books. Even IF you invest in ethical business one still plays the game of the enemy. And in the end IF one investigates the Promis scandal and some other prominent stock market crashes its evident that the majority of people never get to the real goldmines on the market.

    Its computer algorithms that count hyperfast the profit margin and trades in seconds When the stock market opens. So personally i trust in what Abraham did in his days in this order;

The Lord, physical assets like food, gold what you have as assets.

  10. Prayer request for my 91 year-old neighbor Edgar. I was at the senior center having lunch today and noticed that Edgar was in a state of confusion. Possible mini-stroke. His daughter came to get him and I drove his truck back home. It’s only about a 5 block distance to our houses from the senior center. Edgar has not much will to live since losing his wife last September. 2 of his daughters take turns visiting him each day and I think they clean and prepare meals for him too 🙂

    Walking in the Anointing
“So Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers, and from that day on the Spirit of the Lord came upon David in power….” 1 Samuel 16:13

Has the Spirit of the Lord rested on your life? Can you cite the time when God’s Spirit began demonstrating His power through you?

David knew the day the Spirit of the Lord began a special work in him. That Spirit was different from most leaders. Instead of seeking power and control, he led in response to a need. Instead of being a perfect person, he learned from mistakes and acknowledged them among those he led. Instead of placing confidence in his own abilities, he sought wisdom from the only real Commander in charge. David never lost a battle through his many years of leading Israel. He failed God by sinning with Bathsheba and by numbering the troops, but he learned from those failures, and he had to pay a price for them. However, God’s Spirit never left David. He never left because of David’s willingness to keep a soft heart toward God, even when he failed.

God wants to do the same in you and me, but He will not allow that Spirit to rest on us if we seek to control outcomes and manipulate out of our need for power. Servant leaders know that they are only a tool in the Master’s hand. They do not value themselves more than they ought. David’s heart was fully the Lord’s. Is your heart fully the Lord’s to do with what He wills?

  12. Look at what the False-News Media/Corporate Liars Network/Mass media people do to manipulate society. They have been caught on tape numerous times creating their own news and even staging “mini protests” that look like huge masses of people.

Look at all of the Local News people that repeat the same exact phrases like little robots. It’s almost like they plugged into the Matrix, downloaded useless information and then put it out to the public.

    1. Last time i read Edward Bernays profile on Wikipedia (founder of modern massmedia) IT says quite up in his profile that its dangerous to let the masses think. So thats why its better to give them programming that caters to natural urges that can be controlled by societal manipulators.

Sports is a prime example, IT caters to the sense of tribal or Group belonging that is lost in todays society by giving Young males a focus for energy that otherwise might be used to disrupt politics.

    2. “Great video James! “En Route to Global Occupation” is a book written in the early 90s by a high ranking government insider. It was presented to me sometime in the late 90’s by my Dad…gotta love Dad for his attention to truth and his faithfulness in spreading it. If not for him I may be blind to what goes on around me. I have always been thankful for his obedience to God and teaching me Gods truth. He instinctively (Holy Spirit) knew how tricky it was going to become for Christians to remain faithful to God and His teachings and stay safe as the world drew nearer to end times. I can assure you he wasn’t the most popular for doing so.

At the time this book could only be purchased by ordering from a Christian book store, they didn’t stock it, maybe they couldnt. After reading I ordered many and handed them out. I have always wondered about the writer…I pray he and his family have remained safe. His story begins in the early 80’s. His motive, to bring truth and to warn. His first hand experiences explain in disturbing detail the agenda of the media along with who’s involved, past and present (up to the time of being published) and examples of what happens when one decides they don’t want to play. It includes the history of all the secret societies, names key players ( we all know them) going into detail about what goes on in these sercret places. It also includes the history of the Catholic church and how its involved in the plans. It brings all these groups together teaching you their involvtment in how they will bring about “Global Occupation” aka, New World Order.

At the time I first read this book, I could clearly see its truth in our news stories but more so in our government/politicians. The church was a different story, it wasn’t so obvious. However, that has changed to a great degree…It’s in our face obvious today.

I don’t spend much time reading books, neither did Dad, my/his go to is/was the word of God. I do believe though there are books (like this one) that serve to teach us about the wiles of the enemy and his agenda/trickery in modern days. I also believe the people who have written them have been Holy Spirit led to give us insight and to warn us.

      Blessings,
      Vicki

As I was getting ready to head over to his house, his daughter called me to let me know Edgar was doing really well this morning and prefers to drive himself. She said that when he lost his hearing aids (which have been found), it put him in a state of frustration and confusion. Praise The Lord for this outcome 🙂

    1. Yes Stig I saw that it is…I went searching after I posted, I was curious to see if one could still buy it. I do still have my copy. I think after reading some of the reviews, I’m going to read it again. Apparently it’s easy to see the truth now that some of what he wrote back in the 90’s has come to be true. I also found that Gary Kah is doing well and has a newsletter that he writes, keeping New World Order news up to date. Thing is…Gary seems to have bought into Trump and his ability to save us if only the opposing party would allow him to do what he needs to do to accomplish saving the world. In other words he’s taken a side. Personally, I see only one side…the side of Jesus Christ. It’s Jesus and only Him who has the ability to save us. Any other self proclaimed man of power is and has been mixed and mingled, intertwined with each other to bring about the end goal of world dominance. They are one, they are foolish, but they are one. So no President of the free world (at this 11th hour) is void of deception. Possibly (at this point) no leader in the world is void of deception. I feel that if one believes there will one day (soon) be a “One World Government” and a “One World Church” then one must assume anyone who comes along as a leader is involved in that end result. Thinking otherwise is where we can become tricked if not careful.

Please correct me if I’m wrong in my thinking.

      1. No Vicki you are not wrong. In the book of Daniel is shown rulers are controlled by what St Paul refers to as prince of the power of the air. And psalm 2 gives the whole picture.

Jesus refused the devils offer of earthly power. So no Vicki you are on track and it amazes me well informed individuals fall for this.

My answer is it can only be deception so that even the very elect be deceived.

  14. But come to think of it i do think that at least for some time the Lord will arrange for safe zones around the world during persecution. In the Ot there were sanctuary cities for criminals and people wrongly condemned IF memory serves.

In the eyes of the world bible believing christians will be criminals at some point so following Ot logic why would there not be some places as designated sanctuaries during the tribulation? The Ac is said to conquer and win against the saints in the endtimes.

Some leaders might see before its too late and repent, but i guess they be few. And in Trumps case he might inspire some politicians and other leaders to form Christian sanctuaries here and there. This will be a global phenomenon id say.

    Any thoughts on this?

    1. I pray for our leaders, I believe there are some who have gotten themselves in over their heads. So I pray that they step up to the plate and expose who and what needs to be exposed and repent before it’s to late. They may need to pay a price of public persecution and or death, but in the end they will be saved.
As for safe zones, I’m thinking Holy Spirit will protect who He chooses to protect until we’re called home. So I guess you could say (if you’re one being protected) where ever you are could be considered a safe zone. Not sure though…thinking as I write.

      1. I agree with you Vicki on the Safe Zones. I we are located where the Lord wants us to be, I believe we will be protected for his purpose and not to save our lives. Much work to be done now and when chaos, destruction becomes the normal — many people will be searching for the truth; unfortunately we also know that the Bible tells us many will be cursing God during this time too.

    2. The last couple days I have been thinking about sharing a rather long comment that mentions cities of refuge, among other things, in the context of the coming judgment on America. I am taking your question as a prompt from the Lord that I should! Hopefully I’ll get to it soon.

But you asked specifically about the tribulation. I can share my thoughts there. I believe the “wilderness” mentioned in Revelation 12 is where saints who are found “worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass” (Luke 21:36) will be hidden away:

“And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.” – Revelation 12:14

This verse is full of symbolic references about how the Lord God took care of the nation of Israel and nourished them with manna in the wilderness after leading them out of Egypt, including the reference to eagles’ wings:

“You have seen what I did to the Egyptians and how I carried you on eagles’ wings and brought you to Me.” – Exodus 19:4

But where is this end-times wilderness? I’m not sure. This verse only says it will be away from the serpent, who will be thrown down to earth at that time. Thoughts?

      1. Wilderness from an earthly perspective is anywhere where the Lord and his Word are not the ruling factor id say. Of all names in the Ot the wilderness they wandered through was named Sin!

Eagles are referred symbolically in the bible as nations to which two Eagles wings might refer to nations who will be safe zones during the tribulation.

I found this bible study on eagles that might be of some help.

      2. The term wilderness for me has two meanings:

One is a physical wilderness (forests, uninhabited lands, rural areas of low population); the other can also be a spiritual wilderness. The spiritual one where we can be hidden from those wanting to cause harm — including all of the armies of Satan (I think of that as an invisibility cloak from heaven).

If the Lord can prevent people from being burned in a furnace (Daniel 3); there’s no reason to think we can’t be “Hidden In The Shadow Of His Wings” just like it says in Psalm 91. We could even expect to see such things as what some call “Philip’s Holy Spirit Transportation” — being instantly moved from one place to another for God’s purpose (Acts 8).

I also believe that there will be much global physical wilderness during the end times, as scripture has warned of how much will be destroyed.

Many of us can also think that we are in a spiritual wilderness right now — not many of like-minded, true believers gathered together.

Even in Matthew 14 — they speak of a place being a wilderness where people have gathered– Maybe here it’s simply because people lived in a large rural area?

We could even be tossed into a FEMA camp and placed somewhere with expectations of death and expect something like what Daniel witnessed in the Lions Den (Daniel 6).

        Daniel 3:19-25
19 Then Nebuchadnezzar was filled with rage, and the expression on his face changed toward Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. He gave orders to heat the furnace seven times more than was customary,
20 and he commanded some of the strongest soldiers in his army to tie up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego and throw them into the furnace of blazing fire.
21 So these men, in their trousers, robes, head coverings, and other clothes, were tied up and thrown into the furnace of blazing fire.
22 Since the king’s command was so urgent and the furnace extremely hot, the raging flames killed those men who carried Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego up.
23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego fell, bound, into the furnace of blazing fire.
24 Then King Nebuchadnezzar jumped up in alarm. He said to his advisers, “Didn’t we throw three men, bound, into the fire?”
“Yes, of course, Your Majesty,” they replied to the king.
25 He exclaimed, “Look! I see four men, not tied, walking around in the fire unharmed; and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”

        Psalm 91:1-8
The one who lives under the protection of the Most High
dwells in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
3 He Himself will deliver you from the hunter’s net,
        from the destructive plague.
        4 He will cover you with His feathers;
you will take refuge under His wings.
His faithfulness will be a protective shield.
5 You will not fear the terror of the night,
the arrow that flies by day,
6 the plague that stalks in darkness,
or the pestilence that ravages at noon.
7 Though a thousand fall at your side
and ten thousand at your right hand,
the pestilence will not reach you.
8 You will only see it with your eyes
and witness the punishment of the wicked.

        Acts 8:36-40
36 As they were traveling down the road, they came to some water. The eunuch said, “Look, there’s water! What would keep me from being baptized?”
37 And Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart you may.” And he replied, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”
38 Then he ordered the chariot to stop, and both Philip and the eunuch went down into the water, and he baptized him.
39 When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord carried Philip away, and the eunuch did not see him any longer. But he went on his way rejoicing.
40 Philip appeared in Azotus, and he was traveling and evangelizing all the towns until he came to Caesarea.

15 When evening came, the disciples approached Him and said, “This place is a wilderness, and it is already late. Send the crowds away so they can go into the villages and buy food for themselves.”

        Daniel 6:19-22

19 At the first light of dawn the king got up and hurried to the lions’ den. 20 When he reached the den, he cried out in anguish to Daniel. “Daniel, servant of the living God,” the king said, “has your God whom you serve continually been able to rescue you from the lions?”
21 Then Daniel spoke with the king: “May the king live forever.
22 My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths. They haven’t hurt me, for I was found innocent before Him. Also, I have not committed a crime against you my king.”

    3. Stig, I’ve always thought this will be true. It’s already happening. An officer recorded a training seminar secretly on his phone in Colorado Springs. I saw it on youtube several years ago. Bible believing Christians is what the trainer was saying would be criminals and it wasn’t easy to hear. The video has been pulled and oh, how I wish I would have downloaded and saved it!

Also, Nathan and Donna did an excellent job on their talk show the other day regarding the “dominion theology” being an infiltration in the white house. Excellent overview of it all.

      1. I saw that video too. It was homeland security that held seminars for police officers.

And as to your 30/70 ratio of chickens is a blessing because female chickens are in the long run most important. Because the roosters got more work so to speak and you get more eggs 😎

    1. All excellent posts 🙂 Blessed my socks off!

I have to share this due to I believe it’s a warning yet also the Father laughing in a sense. I did have a friend post where Jacob took the spotted and odd color lambs etc.

I’ll try to be concise. I began the trial run of an egg hatch before doing anything else with the biz. My concern was some wayward roosters and pullets got into the wrong pens, therefore I had to check to be sure enough time had gone by to have purebreds only again.

The hatch has been going for a few days now. (odd in itself) BUT, they are not still mixed breed. I have never, ever had a hatch with all roos and one female………Usually with mine they are not even 50/50 which is standard, but closer to 70% female and 30% roos. I have to think the Lord is using this to show both warnings and also to amuse me.

The wilderness is closer than most believe. Love the descriptions of and definitions of all in the above posts. Elijah and being transported is what I believe God will do with those of us who may be walking out areas of His love in front of others and/or unable to move.

  15. Okay, here is the long comment. I wanted to share with you what the Lord showed my wife and me a few days ago. It was a strong confirmation of what He has been communicating over the last 3 years about what is coming to America and our role in it.

This is how it works: We ask God a question and my wife “randomly” picks several selections of Scripture. The answers and insights emerge from an interpretation of the selections. The picking is my wife’s gift; we both interpret. This might seem strange, but you would be amazed at the specific answers and recurring selections for emphasis that we receive (even using multiple, different Bibles) from the Lord. In this case, didn’t ask a specific question, but only asked what the Lord wanted to show us.

    (1) Numbers 35 – A passage about the establishment of cities of refuge in Israel where people who committed manslaughter could flee and be safe from “blood avengers.” After standing trial and if the killing was found to be unintentional, the refugee could live safely in the city.

=> We have picked this passage many times and in different Bibles. Maybe a dozen times? We know that the Boise area will be a kind of city of refuge during the coming judgment on America. It will be a place where people flee for safety and Christian support, though this doesn’t necessarily mean it will be untouched. For instance, I believe it will suffer a jihad attack. Even so, it will emerge as a city of refuge.

As there were 6 designated cities of refuge in Israel, there will be other refuges in America too. For instance, maybe where James is set up?

    (2) Judges 19-20 – Describes a bloody civil war between the tribe of Benjamin and the other 11 tribes of Israel which resulted in the nearly complete annihilation of the tribe of Benjamin. It began when a traveling Levite and his concubine stayed the night in a city of Benjamin. Local men surrounded the house and demanded to sodomize the man, and instead they raped his concubine to death. The account is strikingly similar to what happened when the two angels visited Lot in Sodom prior to its destruction by fire.

=> This is another passage we have received many times over a couple years. As the tribe of Benjamin was judged for allowing itself to be infected by the evil spirit of Sodom, so will be America.

Civil conflict and war will be part of this judgment. A nation divided against itself along ethnic, political and religious lines. Plus violence for its own sake.

    (3) 1 Kings 1-2 – Describes contention for the throne of Judah as King David reached the end of his life. His eldest living son Adonijah tried to usurp the throne, but Solomon ultimately succeeded in being crowned the legitimate heir.

=> Previously on my blog I wrote about how the Lord showed me Trump will be removed from his position at some point and Obama will somehow come back into a position of power (not sure exactly what or how). This will be a contentious period, as it was for the succession of David’s throne.

    (4) Jeremiah 6-7 – Describes the Lord’s judgment on Judah and Jerusalem for its rebellion. If only the people had repented, they would have been spared, but they did not.

=> Another recurring passage. America is facing a biblical-scale judgment like Judah, and neither has it repented.

“They would not listen or pay attention to Me, but stiffened their necks. They did worse than their ancestors.” (chp. 7 verse 26, Jewish Bible)

    Also true for America.

“A people is coming from the land of the north, a great nation will be aroused from the ends of the earth. They will take hold of bow and spear; they are cruel; they have no compassion; their noise as they ride on horses is like the roaring sea; and they are equipped for battle against you, daughter of Zion.” (chp. 6 verses 22-23, Jewish Bible)

Like Judah, America will be destroyed by enemies “from the land of the north.” I believe this will be WW III against Russia and China.

    (5) Lamentations 1 – A lament for Judah and Jerusalem after its destruction at the hands of Babylon.

“How lonely lies the city that once thronged with people! Once great among the nations, now she is like a widow! Once princess among the provinces, she has become a vassal.” (verse 1)

=> By ending on a post-judgment scene, this selection of Scriptures form a full picture of the judgment of America. In addition, it suggests they unfold sequentially: (1) Designation of cities of refuge, (2) Civil conflict and violence, (3) Contention for presidency, (4) Destruction by foreign enemies.

    1. Mike, I agree with Stig on your excellent summary of judgment, places of refuge, etc.

Along those lines, I watched a World War 3 Youtube movie last night. Very interesting, since it used real television footage and real people to create it.

Here’s the description: “This mock documentary uses archival footage, interviews and reports taken out of context and staged interviews to highlight a possible escalation into a nuclear war. In this feature, tension in East Germany, and an uprising triggered by a visit by Gorbachev sees a successful military coup taking place in the USSR. Western actions against brutal crack-downs on civilians involved increases tension between the sides, finally resulting in nuclear war.”

  16. You have a good summary there Mike. The Ot pattern for warning for a nation is step by step increasing and worsening judgements. Usually culminating in an invasion by foreign nations who also will be judged later for their crimes.

But all in all a good summary, in Finlands case i surmise the enemy will be Russia as we share a long border.

  17. From Bette Stevens — 7/12/17

Be very careful about setting any kind of prophetic dates or years,I hear the Lord once more saying, things are not all going to happen the way people think it will be.
There are things that are going to take place to shake the church, the government and the nation……
Too much tolerance, little resistance and far more division…….
Judgement takes place because people do not speak out against sin very often…….We tend to be ,oh, so very polite,
yet when we go to church, your mind is not on me,(Jesus),but more to what your going to be doing or involved in after church,,,,speaking one way politely to someone, and then the next minute your gossiping ,making excuses why you can’t make it to church or fellowship….or even a bible study…….
Then ,there are the feel good.I am ok messages……How can you be of the world and yet call me Lord????????
Then ,there are those I have called and given a charge to give a message or warning, yet they do nothing……..Do you not know that is rebellion in my eyes?????
Nation, you have had your time,,,,,,,,you are about ready to be cut off from my hand of protection and warning…….
Church ,if you do not come back and begin to prepare your people with truth ,I will cut your candlestick…..
Government, you bring much delusion with you……..some of you put My name to many things, and yet, your heart is far from Me,I will spew you out of My mouth soon.,,,,,,,
Hear Me,The Kingdom of God is at hand,,,,,,,
The Kingdom of the Church is at hand………
I will destroy all that is not of me,in the church,in the government, and in the land,,,,,,
    Be ye therefore warned:::::::::
time is running out, faster than you can imagine,be ye ready to give an answer when I call………Selah!!!!!!!!!
I bring this too you from the Lord today……Hear His voice and pray…….

  18. In 100% agreement with message from Bette. We’ve seen it too often where people give specific dates, and nothing happens. The warnings are still needed, as many people have gone back to sleep and pursuing a life that is not in the will of the Lord.

I do think that when we are individually given specific dates and times from the Lord, it’s for a purpose of getting prepared; sometimes our interpretation may be off but our hearts are in the right place.

As a host of this blog, I pray the Lord keeps me humble and I continue to share the truth about Sin and False Doctrine, even when it’s not acceptable by many people.

Bette’s message about professing Christians — going to Church to put on a front to others, and continuing focus on worldly activities. The Lord knows our hearts and there’s a funny saying about that: “Going to Church doesn’t make someone a Christian any more than standing in a garage makes you a car”.

  19. Daily Devotional — 7/13/17

    Independence That Leads to Sin
“So he got up and went to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.” Luke 15:20

The two young men had worked for many years in their family business. One day one of the sons decided he wanted to venture out on his own. He had been under the employment of his dad’s business long enough. He felt he had learned all he needed to know. He wanted his independence. He wanted to take his stock options early, which would allow enough capital to begin on his own. The other son remained behind, working day in and day out, faithfully doing his job.

The first son went out on his own only to find it was more difficult than he had ever imagined. The immediate cash gained from the advance from his dad’s business was a temptation that was too great for him. He spent all of the money, fell into sin, and failed to invest it in another business. He failed miserably. Finally, he came crawling back to his dad, seeking to be taken back as a mere laborer. The father took him back with open arms, fully restoring him to his original place. He experienced grace and love in a way he had never known before.

When we desire independence so much that we launch out without God’s full blessing, we can expect to fall on our face. When pride enters our lives, it discourages us from dependence on anyone but ourselves; yet God says that we are to depend on Him alone. If we think we can go it alone, we will fail. On the other hand, in spite of the prodigal son’s failure, he learned a great lesson of grace that he had not known before. This resulted in humility of the heart, which had a lasting impression for the rest of his life. Therefore, God even turns our failures into successes spiritually when we are willing to admit our failure.

Pride always goes before a fall. Check your heart today and ask God if there is any pride that is encouraging independence from total trust in God.

  20. Sharing something that happened yesterday — 7/13/17.
As I was taking a shower, I noticed the water started to get cold. Afterwords, I felt to pray over the water-heater and even anoint it with oil. What came to me later was to remove the 2 thermostat panels on the water heater and check to see if there were some electric circuit breakers that had gotten tripped. None were found, but the main breaker on the house panel had tripped. I then noticed that the upper temp was set to what I’d call “vacation mode” — it was less than 90 degrees. I set it to match the lower one at 120 degrees, turned on the main breaker and it started to work. I believe the owner set it there, while the house was vacant for 4 months. The Lower thermostat was working over-time, which caused the circuit to run “hot” and trip the main.

Keep in mind that I have very little experience in plumbing or electrical, as my background was Application Programming for businesses.

Water Heater is working great now. How awesome is the Lord when he gives us understanding where we had little before? 🙂

  21. I find Glynda’s post both timely and helpful. She opens with, “My children, be on your guard as your enemy has sent assignments to wear you out. These assignments are meant to keep you from your highest level of functioning”.

I can see this most recently in my day to day life…having to battle stuff I’ve already battled. I think this comes from not having many around me to share my love for the Lord. Nothing makes me happier then to talk about Him and how He can work in our lives…and has worked in mine. Around me there are many who are being led away from Him…and have begun to sin. Satan is deceitful and tricky yes! But he can be “in your face” bold also…hurting and destroying relationships, breaking trusts, carrying out disgusting deeds, lies, keeping loved ones apart. It’s not hard to see and it’s heartbreaking! Daniel 7:25. The lesson may very well be a preparedness for what’s to come.

We must stay strong and wise, no time for weakness and we must at the first sign of attack…go directly to the Father. His strength and wisdom is unsurpassed and will sustain us through anything the evil one tries to do.

James…I feel like your blog is a command post of sorts for those who seek truth and wisdom from each other, those who are like minded. A place to find refuge, to get that extra reassurance, and also a place to share our love for our Father in Heaven. For some…it may well be the only other source they have like a kind of wilderness you could say, one that’s safe from the wiles of the enemy, protected and secure. Rev. 12:6

    Blessings…

    1. Thanks for sharing that Vicki. In agreement about keeping our armor strong in prayer and worship.

I know of some that are now showing signs of being worn out by the enemy, as they have taken a path to fulfill a personal desire that is not in the will of the Lord. This is where taking time to talk with the Lord is needed; if we don’t do that, we can continue on down the path of deception and not even realize that we are living in sin by disobeying what the Lord has commanded each of us to do; Some are ignoring parts of scripture because it makes them uncomfortable with the choices they have made.

Sometimes the Lord places “roadblocks” in our path, when we fall outside of his will; I believe this is to try to wake us up. Some people think that all roadblocks are from the enemy; some are but the Lord also places those there (not to cause harm, but to correct us in a loving way).
