Seven Seals, Trumpets & Bowls

Please consider reading the entire book of Revelation.

The First Seal (Time of False Peace/Anti-Christ)

Revelation 6:2 I looked, and there was a white horse. The horseman on it had a bow; a crown was given to him, and he went out as a victor to conquer.

The Second Seal (Peace from Earth Removed)

Revelation 6:4 Then another horse went out, a fiery red one, and its horseman was empowered to take peace from the earth, so that people would slaughter one another. And a large sword was given to him.

The Third Seal (Food Shortages & Death)

Revelation 6:5-6  When He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” And I looked, and there was a black horse. The horseman on it had a set of scales in his hand.  6 Then I heard something like a voice among the four living creatures say, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius—but do not harm the olive oil and the wine.”

The Fourth Seal (Plague & Death)

Revelation 6:8 And I looked, and there was a pale green horse. The horseman on it was named Death, and Hades was following after him. Authority was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill by the sword, by famine, by plague, and by the wild animals of the earth.

The Fifth Seal (Martyrs for the Lord)

Revelation 6:9-11  When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the people slaughtered because of God’s word and the testimony they had.  10 They cried out with a loud voice: “Lord, the One who is holy and true, how long until You judge and avenge our blood from those who live on the earth?” 11 So a white robe was given to each of them, and they were told to rest a little while longer until the number would be completed of their fellow slaves and their brothers, who were going to be killed just as they had been.

The Sixth Seal (earthquake, sun is black, moon is red, stars fall from sky,)

Revelation   6:12-17

Then I saw Him open the sixth seal. A violent earthquake occurred; the sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair; the entire moon became like blood; 13 the stars of heaven fell to the earth as a fig tree drops its unripe figs when shaken by a high wind; 14 the sky separated like a scroll being rolled up; and every mountain and island was moved from its place.

15 Then the kings of the earth, the nobles, the military commanders, the rich, the powerful, and every slave and free person hid in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains. 16 And they said to the mountains and to the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of the One seated on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb, 17 because the great day of Their wrath has come! And who is able to stand?”

The Seventh Seal & 7 Trumpets

Revelation 8:1-13

8 When He opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. 2 Then I saw the seven angels who stand in the presence of God; seven trumpets were given to them. 3 Another angel, with a gold incense burner, came and stood at the altar. He was given a large amount of incense to offer with the prayers of all the saints on the gold altar in front of the throne. 4 The smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, went up in the presence of God from the angel’s hand. 5 The angel took the incense burner, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it to the earth; there were rumblings of thunder, flashes of lightning, and an earthquake. 6 And the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared to blow them

The First Trumpet (asteroids)

7 The first angel blew his trumpet, and hail and fire, mixed with blood, were hurled to the earth. So a third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.

The Second Trumpet (volcanic activity)

8 The second angel blew his trumpet, and something like a great mountain ablaze with fire was hurled into the sea. So a third of the sea became blood, 9 a third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.

The Third Trumpet (planet x, wormwood, nibiru)

10 The third angel blew his trumpet, and a great star, blazing like a torch, fell from heaven. It fell on a third of the rivers and springs of water. 11 The name of the star is Wormwood, and a third of the waters became wormwood. So, many of the people died from the waters, because they had been made bitter.

The Fourth Trumpet (1/3 sun, moon & stars darkened)

12 The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them were darkened. A third of the day was without light, and the night as well.

13 I looked again and heard an eagle flying high overhead, crying out in a loud voice, “Woe! Woe! Woe to those who live on the earth, because of the remaining trumpet blasts that the three angels are about to sound!

Revelation 9:1-21

The Fifth Trumpet (Abyss open — people with God’s seal are not harmed)
9 The fifth angel blew his trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from heaven to earth. The key to the shaft of the abyss was given to him. 2 He opened the shaft of the abyss, and smoke came up out of the shaft like smoke from a great furnace so that the sun and the air were darkened by the smoke from the shaft. 3 Then locusts came out of the smoke on to the earth, and power was given to them like the power that scorpions have on the earth. 4 They were told not to harm the grass of the earth, or any green plant, or any tree, but only people who do not have God’s seal on their foreheads. 5 They were not permitted to kill them but were to torment them for five months; their torment is like the torment caused by a scorpion when it strikes a man. 6 In those days people will seek death and will not find it; they will long to die, but death will flee from them.

7 The appearance of the locusts was like horses equipped for battle. Something like gold crowns was on their heads; their faces were like men’s faces; 8 they had hair like women’s hair; their teeth were like lions’ teeth; 9 they had chests like iron breastplates; the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots with many horses rushing into battle; 10 and they had tails with stingers like scorpions, so that with their tails they had the power to harm people for five months. 11 They had as their king the angel of the abyss; his name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in Greek he has the name Apollyon. 12 The first woe has passed. There are still two more woes to come after this.

The Sixth Trumpet (1/3 of mankind is killed)

13 The sixth angel blew his trumpet. From the four horns of the gold altar that is before God, I heard a voice 14 say to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels bound at the great river Euphrates.” 15 So the four angels who were prepared for the hour, day, month, and year were released to kill a third of the human race. 16 The number of mounted troops was 200 million; I heard their number. 17 This is how I saw the horses in my vision: The horsemen had breastplates that were fiery red, hyacinth blue, and sulfur yellow. The heads of the horses were like lions’ heads, and from their mouths came fire, smoke, and sulfur. 18 A third of the human race was killed by these three plagues—by the fire, the smoke, and the sulfur that came from their mouths. 19 For the power of the horses is in their mouths and in their tails, for their tails, which resemble snakes, have heads, and they inflict injury with them.

20 The rest of the people, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent of the works of their hands to stop worshiping demons and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone, and wood, which are not able to see, hear, or walk. 21 And they did not repent of their murders, their sorceries, their sexual immorality, or their thefts.

Revelation 10

The Mighty Angel and the Small Scroll
10 Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven, surrounded by a cloud, with a rainbow over his head. His face was like the sun, his legs were like fiery pillars, 2 and he had a little scroll opened in his hand. He put his right foot on the sea, his left on the land, 3 and he cried out with a loud voice like a roaring lion. When he cried out, the seven thunders spoke with their voices. 4 And when the seven thunders spoke, I was about to write. Then I heard a voice from heaven, saying, “Seal up what the seven thunders said, and do not write it down!”

5 Then the angel that I had seen standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand to heaven. 6 He swore an oath by the One who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and what is in it, the earth and what is in it, and the sea and what is in it: “There will no longer be an interval of time, 7 but in the days of the sound of the seventh angel, when he will blow his trumpet, then God’s hidden plan will be completed, as He announced to His servants the prophets.”

8 Now the voice that I heard from heaven spoke to me again and said, “Go, take the scroll that lies open in the hand of the angel who is standing on the sea and on the land.”

9 So I went to the angel and asked him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, “Take and eat it; it will be bitter in your stomach, but it will be as sweet as honey in your mouth.”

10 Then I took the little scroll from the angel’s hand and ate it. It was as sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I ate it, my stomach became bitter. 11 And I was told, “You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, languages, and kings.”

The Seventh Trumpet

Revelation 11:15
The seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven saying:  The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Messiah,
and He will reign forever and ever!

Revelation 16

The First Bowl

16 Then I heard a loud voice from the sanctuary saying to the seven angels, “Go and pour out the seven bowls of God’s wrath on the earth.” 2 The first went and poured out his bowl on the earth, and severely painful sores broke out on the people who had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image.

The Second Bowl

3 The second poured out his bowl into the sea. It turned to blood like a dead man’s, and all life in the sea died.

The Third Bowl

4 The third poured out his bowl into the rivers and the springs of water, and they became blood. 5 I heard the angel of the waters say: You are righteous,
who is and who was, the Holy One, for You have decided these things.
6 Because they poured out the blood of the saints and the prophets,
You also gave them blood to drink; they deserve it!
7 Then I heard someone from the altar say: Yes, Lord God, the Almighty,
true and righteous are Your judgments.

The Fourth Bowl

8 The fourth poured out his bowl on the sun. He was given the power to burn people with fire, 9 and people were burned by the intense heat. So they blasphemed the name of God, who had the power over these plagues, and they did not repent and give Him glory.

The Fifth Bowl

10 The fifth poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom was plunged into darkness. People gnawed their tongues because of their pain 11 and blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, yet they did not repent of their actions.

The Sixth Bowl

12 The sixth poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up to prepare the way for the kings from the east. 13 Then I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming from the dragon’s mouth, from the beast’s mouth, and from the mouth of the false prophet. 14 For they are spirits of demons performing signs, who travel to the kings of the whole world to assemble them for the battle of the great day of God, the Almighty. 15 “Look, I am coming like a thief. The one who is alert and remains clothed so that he may not go around naked and people see his shame is blessed.” 16 So they assembled them at the place called in Hebrew, Armagedon.

The Seventh Bowl

17 Then the seventh poured out his bowl into the air, and a loud voice came out of the sanctuary from the throne, saying, “It is done!” 18 There were flashes of lightning and rumblings of thunder. And a severe earthquake occurred like no other since man has been on the earth—so great was the quake. 19 The great city split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. Babylon the Great was remembered in God’s presence; He gave her the cup filled with the wine of His fierce anger. 20 Every island fled, and the mountains disappeared. 21 Enormous hailstones, each weighing about 100 pounds, fell from the sky on people, and they blasphemed God for the plague of hail because that plague was extremely severe.

My people, you are on the edge. You are poised for a new beginning.

I am taking My prepared ones into the beginning of the next chapter of their lives. Glorious changes shall take place overnight as you watch the fulfillment of My promises (that I made) to you long ago.

You have remained faithful and now you will be rewarded! I desire My people would enjoy their rewards in this time (I felt He meant before the judgments and so much disaster are widespread). I desire those who know Me not or who refuse to believe would see My hand of blessing on your lives.

You are on the edge – the new chapter begins!

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

    Isaiah 43:18-19
18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.
19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Job 8:7 Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase.

  3. Indeed great summation of the book of revelation. It says also in the early part of revelation that those who read it will be blessed. Now the ball is in my court to take enough time to put this great info to use!

  4. There is an interesting passage in Zechariah 6 that describes chariots pulled by horses of revelation colour that has interested me. Even if it is described as concerning Israel the part of quieting my spirit as the word says it has peeked my interest.

Dont we see exactly that in the west nowadays? Churches work without the Holy Spirit!
And another thing that peeked my interest is that the chariots separate into north&south and pass different judgements on these parts. War on the northern parts followed by black plague and death, while the southern parts are initially taken by black horses.

Its interesting parallel to todays world where we in the developed world live in peace and welfare and the Lord says sudden destruction will come upon us, just like war!

While in the south they suffer from diseases and malnourishment to this day! Just something i found interesting, maybe it is something maybe its not.

    1. Thanks for sharing that parallel information in scripture Stig-Ove. Here’s part of that scripture:
Zechariah 6 — And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes and looked, and behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains, and the mountains were mountains of brass.
2 In the first chariot were red horses, and in the second chariot black horses,
3 and in the third chariot white horses, and in the fourth chariot grizzled and bay horses.
4 Then I answered and said unto the angel who talked with me, “What are these, my lord?”
5 And the angel answered and said unto me, “These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth.
6 The black horses which are therein go forth into the north country, and the white go forth after them, and the grizzled go forth toward the south country.
7 And the bay went forth and sought to go, that they might walk to and fro through the earth.” And he said, “Get you hence, walk to and fro through the earth.” So they walked to and fro through the earth.

    1. Thanks Stiggy – I’d say we could all watch as this plays out but I think we pretty much know how that will be. God has been so good to us in taking up the slack in our finances when needed. I don’t have any faith in our government or financial systems but I have the utmost in God!

  5. After having read a fair portion of Clare’s ebook I was chastened by the HS about how I am spending my time. While I was working on printing it out (and of course I ran out of ink! ) I started listening to David Wilkerson’s prophetic speech from 1973. I had heard about it over the last year and never thought to just go to youtube and find it. Here it is:

I have listened to all but 10 minutes. I am stunned at how far WE have come in what he prophesied. If you have not heard it, it’s worth your time just from a learning standpoint. For me, the 40 minute mark was a very personal confirmation of something that was said to me (in a round about way) in one of my visions/dreams. I now know it is time to write about that.

  6. We had “movie morning” yesterday. I downloaded them and didn’t realize The Book of Revelation was the bible. I went onto the next movie, we watched, then watched Jasons update due to the lamestream media never showing anything but puppies and butterflys.

I could see some shock and some fear that this may all be true:) Praying over all this. Thank you for posting these!

  7. I am getting a “warning” on that information. Everyone please seek confirmation from the Holy Spirit on anything we all share… I tend to get a “warning” feeling when anyone shares a specific date or time, and they claim it was a word from the Lord.

    1. JC,
I don’t know what happened but that was not the link I thought I attached with that message. That link is for a blog and that blog post has a date attached. The link I had intended on sharing was a NEWS STORY. Plz feel free to delete that comment above and this one as well

  8. Did anyone see this “prophecy” from Rick Wiles’ Trunews show yesterday? It says God has chosen Donald Trump to lead America to restoration, honor, power and prosperity.

I found it disturbing because this is not at all what I’m hearing from the Lord about America, which is judgment. It seems there are some serious deceiving spirits running amok. We Christians have to be on our spiritual toes.

    1. I remember it was John Little who said that mr Wiles views on Israel are not quite 100% biblical and has contacted him to repent of some statements.

I did not read that article but if you exclude Israel out of the picture you arrive at replacement theology and the church or America taking Israels position is heresy and its trails lead to Rome!

True christian believers are grafted into the tree as branches receiving the same promises as Israel as long as one is not boasting against the grafting to become what one is not.

This sounds like such a case!

    2. Mike, I did not see that one. It would make my lunch come forth very quickly if I did 🙂 Anyone claiming that Donny Trumpet is going to be America’s Savior — best stop what they are doing and repent. Only the Lord can restore this country, but Judgment is already in place.

    3. I have read/heard different views on Trump. I have not listened to the Prophecy link you shared from TruNews.
I don’t know what to think of Trump I realized this week how much I’ve been distracted and not enough time in scripture.
He finally helped me realize that I was searching for words from other prophets instead of heeding those of The Shepherd’s. Talk about a wake up call!

  9. Amen Mike. Bette Stevens put out an email recently about a “strange fire” not of His spirit that is sweeping the nation. I believe what you posted is a perfect example of that.

    1. Hi Michael, I think you are right about “strange fire.” I have been reading in Jeremiah and chapters 27-28 talk about false prophets who were saying that God would break the yoke of Babylon and restore Judah, when the Lord was saying the opposite through his real prophet Jeremiah.

  10. Those Who Are Truly Mine
    Apr 19, 2016 06:00 am | Glynda Linkous

My people worry what will happen to them in the future as wicked nations reap the consequences of their wicked ways, but I tell you now – those who are truly Mine will find I have already arranged their circumstances beforehand, that they may be fed and sheltered, though chaos reign around them.

Walk in My ways, honor My Word, and worship only Me, and you have nothing to fear.

Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Psalm 29:2 Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.

Revelation 19:7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.

Isaiah 65:24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.

  11. New post from Ali

    Tuesday April 19
‘It is no secret what God can do.What He’s done for others, He’ll do for you. With arms wide open He’ll pardon, restore, strengthen, empower, heal, deliver…you.”‘The words to this old song rang in my heart as I prayed. We serve an Almighty God – a God of more than enough, a God of all sufficiency who gives hope to the hopeless, strength to the weak, eternal life to the sinner and grace and mercy to all.

“The glorious return of The Saviour and King is upon you. Many, many are not prepared. My remnant is small, the harvest plentiful the laborers few. Who will work in My fields? Who will be counted among the faithful?”

“Do you not say, ‘There are yet four months, then comes the harvest’? Look, I tell you, lift up your eyes, and see that the fields are white for harvest.” John 4:35

“The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.” Matthew 9:37
“And they will look to the earth, but behold, distress and darkness, the gloom of anguish. And they will be thrust into thick darkness.” Isaiah 8:22

  12. Daily Devotional:

Proverbs 18:10-11 (ERV): The name of the LORD is like a strong tower. Those who do what is right can run to him for protection. The rich think their wealth will protect them. They think it is a strong fortress.

In a world full of trials, troubles, and tribulations there are at least two ways of acquiring protection from their destructive effects. One can turn to the LORD for protection, or one can turn to riches. Those who turn to their riches, our verses for today imply, are making a big mistake.

The “name of the LORD” refers to the various ways that the LORD reveals Himself to us. The LORD reveals Himself as a God who is long-suffering, merciful, loving, good, true, etc. Given the nature of these revealed attributes, the LORD is a God who can be relied upon in troubled times. He is a God to whom we can turn for help. He is like a strong tower to whom we can run for protection from everything that comes against us.

The rich of our verses for today do not look to the LORD for protection. They rely instead on something more tangible and concrete. They rely upon their riches. They think that they can buy their way out of the troubles of life and, as a result, have no need for the LORD above. Riches are deceptive in this regard, because they often can solve problems of various kinds. The trouble with relying on them, however, is that ultimately they can’t be relied upon. As the story of Job in the Bible tells us, riches can be lost overnight. Indeed, even great riches can be lost overnight. Anyone who relies on them, therefore, has been deceived by them.

Those who rely on their riches are essentially relying on themselves. They think that the riches they have acquired have placed them in a strong fortress above the reach of the troubles of life. They forget that the LORD opposes the proud. They forget that He can bring down to the dust anyone who thinks the strong fortress of wealth is invulnerable.

Those who rely on the LORD, in contrast, are humble. They know that riches, power, and any other earthly thing do not offer ultimate protection. They know that the LORD lifts up the humble. They know they can run to Him and be lifted up above the troubles of life.

Run to the LORD, therefore, for He alone is the ultimate protection.

  14. Amen JC truly amazing our Lord and how He works. He let me have riches for a season then whisked them away. I laugh now thinking He knew that would have destroyed my walk …..He knew the plans He had for me already.

  15. LOL Michael and Stig! Yes, same here for a very short few years. BUT it turned me into a workaholic. I think the good Lord said, sit at my feet vs work till you drop. And, no not riches, just good pay and loved the work.
Fear of “men” went away and Abba used it to be a prayer and ministry time at odd moments lol. He’s so good!!!

Here’s the kicker……….when you’ve been without the fear of being without leaves……….so I have been praying, Lord, whatever it takes to wake some up who are relying on self………it was a hard prayer at first. Took awhile to count the cost because you see, we go through the ride with them emotionally and spiritually in battle for them. Loved ones…………:) Hold on and keep praying for them. Ignore the emotions as much as possible and press in. Whew!! What a journey………I found myself tiptoeing awhile, then realized, He indeed answered my prayer so now is up to them to seek Him…..up to them and ouch, the emotions when He chooses to strip away the very thing that is driving them……..Lord help them seek You in all this for all going through these times of trial.
