We are all one in Christ

Did you know that there is no distinction between us in the eyes of the Lord?  He doesn’t care about trivial things like:  where we live, our ethnicity, our gender or anything else that we as humans attribute to each other.

Your rank in society also has no meaning to the Lord.  Time to get rid of that Superiority in lifestyle and mentality.  You can’t take your earthly riches with you when you die and hiding behind a superiority complex doesn’t work with the Lord.

We have all been given the free gift of eternal salvation, we just need to make that decision to ask for forgiveness of sin and continue or daily walk with the Lord.  We all are commanded to forgive everyone.

Warnings have been sent out about things to come and most are still snoozing.  We need to put the Lord first in our lives and take everything to him in prayer.  We need to get our spiritual armor ready, as nobody knows when they will step into eternity nor do they know the day or the hour of when he will return.

Galatians 3:26-28

For in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God through faith. For as many [of you] as were baptized into Christ [into a spiritual union and communion with Christ, the Anointed One, the Messiah] have put on (clothed yourselves with) Christ. There is [now no distinction] neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is not male and female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 6

11 Put on God’s whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil.

12 For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.

13 Therefore put on God’s complete armor, that you may be able to resist andstand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place].

14 Stand therefore [hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God,

15 And having shod your feet in preparation [to face the enemy with the firm-footed stability, the promptness, and the readiness produced by the good news] of the Gospel of peace.

16 Lift up over all the [covering] shield of saving faith, upon which you can quench all the flaming missiles of the wicked [one].

17 And take the helmet of salvation and the sword that the Spirit wields, which is the Word of God.

18 Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God’s consecrated people).

It’s time to make a choice.  Putting off the decision to follow Jesus, can cause the decision to be made for you.  Your name can’t be written in the book of life if you do not repent.  This is a daily walk, which includes asking the Lord to forgive our sins every day.

Your get to choose heaven or hell.

Failure to repent, means you will be judged of all sins.

I ask that nobody get into scriptural debates.  Anyone who feels the need to argue or post hateful messages, please pray for guidance from the Holy Spirit.  Anyone not being respectful can expect their responses to go into my virtual trash can. Snarky comments can also expect to find their way into the trash can.

  2. I concur with everything Michael said. It has been a blessing to meet you. I am so grateful that as long as we can “fog a mirror” we have a chance to repent and accept or come back to the Lord. I am so in awe of the like-minded people He has brought together to learn and encourage one another, for such a time as this!

    1. Hi Deb. We truly have an amazing virtual family. My biological Sister (& sister in Christ) Linda (BelieveActs2) provides and awesome place for people to share. I’m grateful to be a part of it, even if in just a small way. Blessings to you Deb.

      1. I felt like such a loser when I couldn’t work anymore and felt a real burden to society. Go showed me that every little thing we do for Him is important.

Isaiah 55:11 King James Version (KJV)

11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

I appreciate Linda’s, Deekay’s and your blog so much and try to cover all of you and participants in prayer. Keep up the good work! I have sent the links from Dave and your blogs to my son. 2 tour Iraqi veteran with severe PTSD and head injury. He thinks he is right with God but still really struggles with a lot of issues. I think if he checks you guys out he will like it.

Feel free to not post or delete the last paragraph of this post.

      2. Deb, the little demons are the ones that try and make us feel like losers. They are the ones that are truly losers, as they never will know the love of salvation. Thank you for sharing the information with your son .. may he be blessed by the information all are sharing in Jesus name .. Amen. Dave’s blog may be an awesome place for him to start — as he gives an amazing perspective from an ex-military person’s point of view.

I don’t respond to comments very quickly lately — my back has been bothering me, so resting often. I know it will heal, as I have 100% trust in the Lord.
